Debugging method of magnetic tension device
Preparation before start-up: the wiring mode of the magnetic tensioner shall be in accordance with the wiring diagram in the manual
1. Reverse tension scale, adjust the dial scale to 0
2. The wool loop is loosened, and the tightness of the wool loop is adjusted according to the use tension. The small tension wool loop is loosened, the large tension wool loop is compressed and the air cylinder is opened. Start the machine for debugging, rotate and adjust. The dial scale is increased, and the output tension is also increased. At the same time, the angle of the tension bar is slowly downward. The tension bar is in the red warning mark as the best debugging position. If it is lower than the mark, rotate the knob to the left Note: in the process of debugging, only the tension scale is allowed to be adjusted from small to large, and not from large to small, otherwise there will be broken wire. If the tension scale is from large to small, the damping wheel must be adjusted under the stop state without adding oil. The user can adjust the tension according to this method. Troubleshooting of magnetic tension device
1. When working, the damping wheel slips. There are two ways to deal with it. One is to properly clamp the wool ring; the other is to use fine cotton thread with alcohol to wipe the 0-ring of the testing wheel. If it can't be solved, please contact the supplier
2. When the angle of the tension bar is higher than the red mark, the tensioner will wear abnormally. There are two ways to deal with it. One is to rotate and adjust the dial scale to make the tension bar slowly downward, or the other is to rotate the counter tension knob to the left to make the tension bar slowly downward; the tension bar should be in the horizontal position as far as possible (shut down, and the tension should be increased)
3. When the angle of the tension bar is lower than the position marked in red, the counter tension knob will rotate to the left, and the position of the tension bar will slowly rise, so that the tension bar is in the horizontal position as much as possible
4. In the process of debugging, if there is tension pulsation, how to stop the machine? First, slowly turn the adjusting dial scale to the maximum scale, and then back to the required tension scale for readjustment. If the tension repeatedly adjusted is still invalid, please confirm whether the model of the tensioner is correct
5. After using for a period of time, please contact the supplier in time if the damping wheel is loud or does not rotate
